Q. Who uses Magna Systems materials? What age range are they made for?
A. Our materials are aimed at parents, college-level classes, instructors, and care providers. All adults can learn from our videos. We don't put age ranges on our items: we think you, not us, will know best if they'll work for you. That's why we offer our 15-day preview.
Q. How can I decide if a video is right for me?
A. Just tell us which title(s) you want to see and we'll send them to you for 15-day preview. After preview, either return the programs or pay the invoice we send with them. There is no fee for this service. We send previews only to schools and organizations, not to individuals or businesses. See more details here.
Q. How much do they cost?
A. Most of our videos sell for $99. Frequently we discount prices for purchases of sets and series. We accept most standard forms of payment including purchase orders from established, reputable institutions. In the continental US, shipping and handling costs are $10 for orders up to $99.99 and 7% on orders of $100 and more. Details on shipping costs are available here.
Q. What comes with each video?
A. Each video is a thoroughly professional program featuring talented actors and actresses (you might recognize some from television or commercials), shot and edited with state-of-the-art video equipment. Some programs include a workbook filled with ideas on how to use the video, classroom tips, and additional background.
Q. Do you offer any guarantees?
A. Yes. If you decide the program isn't right for you just tell us (up to one year after purchase), we will accept the program back for a refund or exchange.
Q. Our tape won't play anymore!
A. We will replace any damaged or lost program at no charge, if we've got it in stock. Just call and ask. Yes, even if a videotape breaks or a DVD skips after five years of heavy use we will replace it at no charge.
Q. Do you offer any public performance rights?
A. Public performance rights are included with all videos.
