This program focuses on the human body. Children learn the mechanics - and the importance - of everyday activities, such as brushing their teeth, washing their hands, preparing and eating nutritious snacks and meals, and getting proper rest through naps and bedtimes. They track their height to better understand growth, and create body silhouettes of themselves and each other. At outdoor playtime students discover how their bodies move and work. As the children use their five senses to explore the natural and physical world around them, we see them begin to understand differences and likenesses among themselves and their classmates.
