Teachers and education coordinators demonstrate the systems they've devised to collate the observational data they have gathered. This data includes (but is not limited to) work samples, observations, story dictation and pictures of children engaged in a wide range of activities. Educators explain how the data from their formative assessment system is used in their formal assessments. We also demonstrate how educators can use computers not only to collate their data, but also to periodically apprise funding sources of their students' progress throughout the year.
